Senior Accounting Manager/Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $145,000 to $160,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget expectations.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including WIP, P&L, and cash flow reports.Manage financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes related to construction projects.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.At least 5+ years of experience in financial management within the construction industry.Strong understanding of GAAP and its application in project-based accounting.Proficiency in construction-focused ERP systems.Experience managing cash flow and conducting account reconciliations.Qualifications:Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership.Skilled in preparing complex spreadsheets and financial models.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.REF #51074#LI-DD1
