Sales Support Administrator

Location: Bridgewater, NJ & Woodbridge, NJ (Onsite / Hybrid as applicable)Job Summary:The Sales Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to a sales team across the Bridgewater and Woodbridge offices. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, operations, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & AdministrationProvide day-to-day administrative support to the sales teamMaintain accurate customer data within CRM and internal systemsAssist with resume revisions, answering phones and other inquiriesClient & Internal CoordinationServe as a point of contact for internal sales inquiries and client documentation requestsCoordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and customer service teamsSupport onboarding of new clients by ensuring required documentation and approvals are completedAssist with scheduling meetings, demos, and client follow-upsReporting & Data ManagementGenerate and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates as requestedTrack key sales metrics and assist leadership with reporting and analysisEnsure all sales documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly filedProcess Improvement & SupportSupport sales process improvements and documentation of best practicesAssist with special projects, presentations, and internal initiatives as neededHelp ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and proceduresQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related administrative roleStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) preferredExcellent organizational, time-management, and communication skillsPreferredExperience supporting multi-location sales teamsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionSkills & CompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBenefits:401kHealthcareVisionPaid time offDental
