This position is fully onsite Monday through Friday and plays a key role in supporting both employees and leadership teams.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and able to confidently interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support for the corporate office and leadership teamServe as a central point of contact by answering phones, managing emails, handling mail distribution, and assisting visitorsCoordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff across multiple office locationsPrepare and process expense reports and assist with general office documentationMonitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport accounting and administrative functions with light clerical and financial tasksAssist with shipping, mailing, and deliveries, including occasional trips to postal or courier locationsOpen and close the office while maintaining office security and building access proceduresCoordinate facility maintenance requests and communicate with landlords or service vendors regarding repairs and office needsHelp create a positive company culture by organizing employee events, team activities, and office engagement initiativesPartner with accounting and leadership teams on special projects and additional administrative needs as assignedQualificationsHigh School diplomaAt least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator roleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriatelyPositive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and accountabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving team environmentWhy This Opportunity?This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in many aspects of office operations and takes pride in supporting a productive and positive workplace.
