Assembler - Full Time
Role Overview: An Energetic Assembler performs assembly and testing functions in a manufacturing environment, focusing on energetic materials and composite solutions.Key Responsibilities:Utilize mechanical, hand, and power tools, test equipment, and fixtures for assembly and inspection.Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including explosives and solvents.Read and follow SOPs and Process Specifications to operate machinery and ensure product safety and quality.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, perform equipment maintenance, and recognize operational variances.Wear necessary PPE and perform minor equipment setup when required.Work may include weekend overtime and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.Qualifications & Skills:Experience in aerospace, energetic, or manufacturing assembly preferred; 2 years preferred.High School diploma or GED required.Ability to read, write, and understand English; proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with team lift, stand/walk most of the day.Ability to obtain ATF license, pass background and drug tests.Comfort with handling explosive devices safely and adherence to safety protocols.
