Industrial Maintenance ElectricianLocation: Kingman, AZCompensation: $44-48/hr + Profit-Sharing BonusA leading North American steel manufacturer is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join its team at a steel mill operation in Kingman, Arizona.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician who wants long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to work in a heavy industrial environment with complex electrical systems, steel mill equipment, and a safety-first culture.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on steel mill equipment and systems. You will work closely with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to keep equipment running safely, troubleshoot electrical issues, and help implement solutions that improve the steelmaking process. The right person will take ownership of their work, support a strong team culture, and uphold high standards around safety, housekeeping, reliability, and equipment performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial steel mill equipmentTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in a heavy manufacturing environmentWork with AC/DC motors, power distribution, transformers, and control systemsSupport safe equipment operation and minimize downtimePropose and implement solutions to maintenance and production challengesRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentationSupport plant safety policies, procedures, housekeeping, and continuous improvement effortsWork nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational needsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified candidates should have:Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical theory4+ years of industrial electrical experience, or a combination of trade school training and hands-on electrical experienceExperience performing preventative and corrective maintenance in an industrial settingWillingness to work in a steel mill / heavy manufacturing environmentStrong safety mindset and ability to work well in a team-based cultureAbility to troubleshoot electrical issues and take ownership of equipment reliabilityPreferred BackgroundExperience with any of the following is a plus:Formal electrical theory education or electrical trade trainingAC and DC motorsPower transformersProgrammable Logic ControllersElectrical safety practicesForklifts, mobile cranes, or other mobile equipmentSteel, metals, mining, cement, paper, lumber, chemical, automotive, or other heavy industrial environmentsWhy This Opportunity Stands Out) This company offers the kind of stability and long-term career path that is hard to find in industrial maintenance.
