Industrial Maintenance Technician - Distribution Center in Kingman, AZPay Range: $25.00 - $27.50 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Full-Time About the Role The Industrial Maintenance Technician - Distribution Center in Kingman, AZ is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment, machinery, and facilities at our distribution center. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and minimizing downtime, directly supporting the commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on distribution center equipment including conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, dock doors/levelers, HVAC, electrical systems, and lightingDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failuresRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests to minimize operational downtimeConduct routine facility inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and work ordersEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and all company safety policiesCoordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilitiesMaintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance suppliesSupport capital improvement projects and equipment installations as neededAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall organization of the facilityQualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training in industrial maintenance preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPosition Requirements (3-5 years) Conveyor systems – Knowledge of pneumatic, manual, and chain driven motor systems that are controlled by PLCsTroubleshooting issues with warehouse equipment (stretch wrap machines, load levelers, cardboard balers, dock doors, etc.). This may include troubleshooting on minor MHE repairsElectrical – Knowledge of industrial 480-3 phase electricalMechanical, plumbing, and basic HVAC knowledgeMinor fabrication experience including cutting and welding of materialsPerforming routine PM work on a variety of warehouse equipmentReplacing or installing industrial grade rackingReplacing or installing hi-bay industrial lightingConducting weekly, monthly, and yearly safety inspections on various equipment throughout the warehouseOther general maintenance duties include but may not be limited to painting, hanging items, working with vendors to request job bids, and general utility work as neededPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying temperaturesStanding, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periodsEOEThank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.Powered by JazzHR
