Job Description DescriptionAt CEPRA Landscape, we design, build, and maintain world-class landscapes and cultivate the people behind them. As a privately owned company, we specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, proudly serving the Central and West Coast Florida markets.Our Mechanics are essential to keeping our equipment and vehicles running safely and efficiently. They perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, and ensure all tools, equipment and vehicles are in top working condition to support our operations teams. Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment and vehicles, including:Production vehicles (trucks, van and automobiles)Two-cycle equipment (weed eaters, edgers, blowers)Commercial mowers and other turf equipmentLandscape trailers (open and enclosed)Various small engine machinery Manage inventory, parts and supplies ensuing necessary components are on hand for timely repairsPrioritize repair tasks to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency Maintain accurate and organized digital records of maintenance and repairs performed Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and team members regarding parts, repairs and equipment needsEnsure a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to all company safety guidelinesOperate company trucks and trailers safely when transporting equipmentAssist with troubleshooting and problem solving for complex mechanical issues CEPRA's Wish List:Valid Florida driver's license with a clean recordProven experience in equipment repair and maintenance (landscape equipment preferred)Knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and basic vehicle repairsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety and quality in all work performed Basic computer skills with the ability to track and document equipment repairs and maintenanceWhat we Offer:On the Job Training Competitive compensation and benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), PTO and holidaysA supportive work environment where team contributions are recognized and celebratedWell-maintained trucks, tools, equipment, and PPEUnlimited personal growth potentialEmployee referral bonuses Job stability with a growing company CEPRA Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-verify Employer
