We take pride in doing the job right, treating customers with respect, and responding quickly when people need us most.We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Restoration Technician to join our growing team.Job SummaryAs a Restoration Technician at Absolute Clean and Restoration, you will respond to residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical effort, and professionalism when working directly with homeowners and property managers.ResponsibilitiesPerform water mitigation services including water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoringConduct mold remediation following IICRC standards and safety protocolsAssist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, debris removal, and odor controlSet up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers)Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials when requiredTake job photos and accurately document work performedCommunicate professionally with customers, team members, and managementMaintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipmentFollow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirementsParticipate in on-call emergency response rotation as scheduledSchedule & Work EnvironmentEmergency services may require nights, weekends, and holidaysOn-call rotation requiredPPE provided and required for certain jobsWork performed in residential and commercial propertiesPay & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesPaid training and certification opportunitiesOpportunity for advancement within the companyCompany vehicles and equipment provided during work hoursRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT) a plus or willingness to obtainValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areasComfortable working in wet, dusty, or demolition environmentsStrong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitudeBasic smartphone or tablet skills for job documentationBenefitsPay & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesPaid training and certification opportunitiesOpportunity for advancement within the companyCompany vehicles and equipment provided during work hours401 K 3% match after 90 daysSupplementary Health Insurance
