Remodeler
Job Overview
We are a general contracting company specializing in home renovations. We are seeking hardworking skilled remodelers with a carpentry background to join our team. This role requires versatility, as the ideal candidate will take on a variety of tasks in remodeling and construction. Applicants MUST have their own tools and a truck for transportation to and from the job sites. Jobs will be located within a 30 mile radius from Downtown St. Petersburg. Reliable transportation is a must.
We are offering competitive pay ranging from $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Health and dental insurance may also be available after the orientation period. We are looking to hire at least 9 individuals. If you work with a partner or have a small crew interested in joining, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
Perform remodeling tasks such as:
Installing doors and windows
Hanging cabinets
Framing
Light drywall and finish work
Able to install flooring (tile, LVT, carpet etc.)
Paint
Accurately read and interpret blueprints and plans to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
A vehicle for transportation (a truck is preferred, but not required)
Basic hand and power tools (owned by the applicant), preferred
Availability to work 40 hours per week
Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
