The Role We are looking for a part-time Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness. You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments under the guidance of our nurse injector and medical director, in a boutique practice that values clinical excellence and personalized patient care.ResponsibilitiesPerform HydraFacials and chemical peelsAssist with TED Hair Restoration treatments as trainedProvide thorough skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment plansEducate clients on treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructionsRecommend appropriate treatments and products to support client goalsGenerate and maintain a client baseMaintain treatment room setup, turnover, and supply inventoryDeliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience from start to finishSupport the clinical team as neededAttend trainings and team meetingsRequirementsValid California Esthetician License2+ years of esthetician experience preferredExperience in a medspa or clinical setting preferredExisting clientele is a plusStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamSocial media presence as an esthetician is a plusReliable, professional, and detail-orientedPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing, bending, and use of hands and armsRepeated movements including touching, handling, and reachingOccasional lifting or moving of equipment and suppliesCompensation$30 to $35 per hour, depending on experienceBonus potential based on performanceOpportunity to grow within an expanding medical aesthetics practiceEqual Opportunity Employment Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness is an equal opportunity employer.
