Joining the team means working on making electric vehicles-on the road and racetrack-lighter, more engaging and safer.About the RoleAs Technical Program Manager, you will drive execution across Brelle's hardware and software development programs - coordinating across battery, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to keep complex, multi-discipline workstreams on track. You'll own the program cadence, surface risks early, and develop program plans that enable robust technology development.This role requires technical fluency across hardware and software disciplines, and the organizational judgment to drive alignment across a fast-moving, multi-discipline team without adding overhead.What You'll OwnEnd-to-end program planning and cross-functional coordination across battery, firmware, and vehicle integration development - from concept through production launchProgram milestones, dependencies, and critical path management across multiple concurrent programsRisk identification and mitigation: surfacing technical and schedule risks early, driving resolutionVendor and partner coordination: aligning external timelines (cell suppliers, contract manufacturers, customers) with internal developmentProgram reporting to leadership - status, decisions needed, and resource trade-offsPreferred Qualifications7+ years of experience in technical program management in hardware-intensive environmentsBS or MS in Engineering, or equivalent technical depth gained through hands-on program leadershipDirect experience managing electromechanical or powertrain development programs - ideally spanning HW, FW, and manufacturingStrong understanding of product development processes: DFMEA, DVP&R, design release, and production validationComfortable engaging in technical discussions around schematics, CAD, and technical specificationsExperience in automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or other high-performance environments with tight timelines and high intensityYou Are...Fundamentally Curious - You break complex problems down to first principles and are energized by hard problems worth solving at scaleA Builder of Exceptional Teams - You attract world-class talent, set exceptionally high standards, and create an environment where engineers do the best work of their careersAutonomous and Decisive - You take ownership of ambiguity, make informed calls, and drive execution with conviction.
