This individual is a team player that will work closely with the Channel Sales Manager, National Payment Advisors (PA), Product Manager, Client Managers, Vendor Partners, Operations and Implementation teams. This role focuses on partner relationship management, operational excellence, revenue growth, and risk mitigation within an assigned book of business. The CPM acts as a primary point of contact for partners, coordinating internally across sales, operations, credit, underwriting, product, and risk teams to ensure a seamless, compliant, and value-driven partner experience.The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, commercially minded, and highly organized, with a strong ability to balance day-to-day servicing with proactive growth initiatives.FunctionsWork closely with the Channel Sales Manager and Specialty Solution Consulting to intake, plan and deploy new referral and partnership relationships.Serve as the primary and central point of contact for assigned channel partnersBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations.In Partnership with the Channel Sales Manager and Payment Advisors, conduct regular business reviews, performance discussions, and planning sessions with partners.Identify early warning signs that may impact partner success, customer experience, or credit quality and escalate as appropriate.Act as the partner's advocate within the bank while ensuring alignment with bank policies, risk standards, and strategic prioritiesPartner with credit, compliance, legal, and risk teams to address concerns and implement mitigation strategies with prudent risk management to protect the long-term health of the portfolio.Work alongside internal teams to provide stewardship of the client experience. In times this may be as an escalation point for new boardings or overseeing sensitive implementations and onboardings where necessary.Maintain industry knowledge and expert status; remain current with internal and external product development and innovations.Collaborate with internal and external/vendor partners to develop, drive and execute on specific go-to-market business development strategies. To include good fit clients, pricing strategy and targeted offerings.Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.Skills and QualificationsDetail-Oriented: Willing to dive deep into processes to understand current state; desire to deeply understand specific healthcare solutions rather than at a generalist level.Presentation Skills: Ability to present material in front of an audience either in person or over the phoneRelationship Oriented: Able to build rapport, uncover needs and suggest the solution that fits the operational and technical business requirements while keeping the partners overall goals in mind.Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work alongside others toward a common goalWillingness to travel: 10-25%Requirements5-7 years' experience in merchant portfolio management or merchant sales. Experience working with the Fiserv platform a plus.Proficient knowledge of merchant systems, payments integrations, 3rd Party Payment Integrations and processing.Experience working with channel partners, fintechs, ISVs or third party partners a plus.Proficient is Excel, Word and PowerPointCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
