Tesla is looking for a dedicated Process Engineer in Austin, Texas to optimize and improve manufacturing methodologies across the General Assembly operations. This role requires deep expertise in analyzing data and processes, implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques, and driving continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and partnering with various engineering teams to ensure product quality and operational excellence.
The ideal applicant will possess an engineering degree and experience in process improvement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
