LPN / Clinical Scheduler / Home HealthJob LocationsUS-TN-MANCHESTERID2026-185333Line of BusinessAdoration Home Health and HospicePosition TypeFull-TimeOur CompanyAdoration Home Health and HospiceOverviewAdoration Home Healthis currently seeking a full timeLPNClinical Schedulerto support our location inManchester TN .The ideal applicant will be an LPN experienced in home health (intermittent visits) nursing.TheClinical Scheduler / LPNwill help support our field clinicians by scheduling their visits in the local community and will also assist with other administrative duties.Our comprehensive benefits include:* Office LPN position(On call also available) * Medical, Dental & Vision insurance * 401K retirement with Company match * Tuition reimbursement * Career advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesGreets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely mannerAssists with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers caller to the appropriate person or department Takes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely manner Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based upon patient needs, location of the patient, and skill of the clinician Maintains visit data in electronic medical recordQualificationsHigh school graduate or GED Valid Nursing license from the state practicing in Current CPR certification Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred Home health and/or hospice experience Sound knowledge of the framework, organization and function of home care Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Basic clinical skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to develop critical thinking skills, research situations, solve complex problems and deal with a variety of issuesAbout our Line of BusinessAdoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
