Job Title: Outside Industrial Sales RepresentativeLocation: South TexasCompensation: Commission-Based — $80,000 to $150,000+Reports To: CROMust Be Located in South TexasPosition Summary:Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented, self-starting Outside Industrial Sales Representative to drive equipment sales across South Texas. This position requires a proven track record in territory management and capital equipment or industrial sales. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering value-based solutions to customers in the professional laundry industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a defined geographic sales territory through effective planning, outreach, and relationship-buildingAcquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accountsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market share and revenue growthDeliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needsCreate proposals and manage projects through the full sales cycle — from initial contact to order entry and post-sale supportMaintain complete knowledge of the full product catalog and effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROICollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfactionServe as a trusted resource to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable solutionsRequired Qualifications:Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent negotiation and closing abilitiesProven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independentlyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredPreferred Experience & Attributes:Background in industrial, capital equipment, or B2B solution-based sellingExperience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makersDemonstrated success in selling complex or premium offerings with value beyond priceAbility to build strategic customer relationships and navigate sophisticated purchasing processesBusiness acumen to understand client operations, pain points, and ROI metricsComfortable with territory development, lead generation, and segmentation strategyHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability to various customer stylesFamiliarity with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to pipeline managementExperience working under performance metrics, quotas, and revenue accountabilityCompensation & Benefits:Competitive commission structure ($80,000 – $150,000+)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Vacation401(k) Plan with Company MatchProfit Sharing PlanOpportunities for AdvancementEqual Opportunity EmployerAbout Us: Pellerin is one of the largest sales and service companies for commercial laundry and finishing equipment solutions in the country.
