Kadima at Campbelltown is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide rehabiliative services to our residents. We would love to have you in our dynamic, family-centered team!Job Responsibilities:· Optimizes physical abilities and skills of patients in facilities by: assisting in protocols of screening· Implementing treatment for all assigned patients· Delivering treatment to achieve identified objectives according to the established treatment plan· Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family· Comply with infection control procedures and environment safety protocol within a facility.
