UNFI, KeHE, and others take it off the check for shortages, promos, spoilage, and admin fees, then bury the paperwork in PDFs, scans, and spreadsheets nobody can reconcile by hand.Revya is the platform that catches it. We read every document, break it down line by line, check it against the brand's contract, and tell them exactly what to dispute.We're live across UNFI, KeHE, US Foods, Sysco, RNDC, Lowe's, and Menards, recovering real dollars for a growing roster of CPG brands, with zero churn since we started.The roleYou'll find money brands are losing and get it back.Part of your day is investigation. Pull the documents, check the charges against the contract, and find what's wrong: duplicate charges, wrong case counts, promos billed outside their window, lines that shouldn't be there at all.Part of your day is building. When you catch the same problem three times by hand, you'll use Claude to turn it into a rule so it never needs a person again. You don't need to know how to code. You need to know how to point an AI tool at a real problem and check that the answer is right.And part of it is customers. You'll onboard new brands, run their deduction cycle, and be the person who can explain any number on the report without hedging.What you'll doValidate deductions against contracts, invoices, and promo termsBuild disputes, file them with the distributor, and chase them until the money comes backTurn manual checks into automated rules using ClaudeOnboard new brands and run their deduction cycleJoin customer calls and answer questions directlyWhat we're looking forA self-starter. You hit a problem, figure it out, and come back with a plan. Nobody here will hand you a task list.Someone who's used AI tools to actually build something. Not just chat with them.Attention to numbers. If line items add to $119.50 against a total of $120.00, that should bug you until you find the gap.Comfort with messy documents. Scans, faxes, spreadsheets with merged headers. The answer is in there and you'll go find it.Clear writing. Short and specific. A CFO should be able to act on your email without asking a follow-up question.Nice to have, not required: CPG, distribution, AR, or trade spend experience. Any hands-on work with spreadsheets, scripting, or automation. No CS degree or engineering background needed.The setupSmall team, real ownership from day one. You'll own your area within 90 days.Hours are US Pacific, 8am to 7pm PST, flexible by about an hour. This job runs on live conversations with customers and distributor desks, so that window matters.
