Ability to use initiative and judgement to organize, plan activities, formulate policies, delegate responsibility and makedecisions affecting diagnosis and treatment of patients. Must be able to relate to people in a manner to win their confidence and establish rapport. Must be flexible to adjust to changing conditions, programs and various details of the position. Verbal and hearing ability required to interact with patients and employees. Numerical ability required to maintainQualifications and Experience:Must Be licensed in the state of California as an MD or DO with specialization in psychiatryBoard-eligible physician.
