General Superintendent Aviation Construction | Major Projects | Confidential ClientLocation: Multiple Sites A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to support the delivery of large scale aviation and transportation construction projects across the United States.This role will oversee field operations on complex airport developments including terminal expansions, concourses, infrastructure upgrades, baggage handling systems, and airside / landside construction.The ideal candidate will come from a strong commercial, aviation, or infrastructure construction background with experience leading large field teams and driving schedule, safety, and quality across high profile projects.Key Responsibilities:• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion• Manage superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and site teams• Drive project schedule, sequencing, and daily coordination activities• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across the jobsite• Coordinate closely with project management, owners, consultants, and trade partners• Resolve field related issues and maintain project momentum within live operational environments• Support project planning, logistics, and manpower forecastingIdeal Background:• 10+ years of construction field leadership experience• Aviation, transportation, or large scale commercial project experience preferred• Experience delivering projects valued at $100M+• Strong scheduling and field coordination capabilities• Ability to lead large teams in complex multi stakeholder environments• Background with nationally recognized general contractors preferredPreferred Project Experience:• Airport terminal construction• Airside / landside projects• Transportation infrastructure• Public sector developments• Design build construction• Large scale commercial projectsThis is an opportunity to join a highly respected construction platform with a strong national pipeline of aviation work and long term growth opportunities.
