Warehouse Office Manager

Abacus Solutions Group is currently recruiting for an Office Manager - based out of a warehouse location in Southaven MS area.The Warehouse Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and office functions within the distribution center. This role supports daily operations by managing clerical staff, coordinating communication across departments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient office processes that enable smooth warehouse operations. Teamwork, attention to detail and respect for others are all essential for success in the site.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations, including administrative workflows, documentation, and communicationSupervise and support office staff (administrative assistants, clerks, dispatch, etc.)Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll support in partnership with HRCoordinate inbound and outbound documentation (BOLs, invoices, shipping/receiving records)Ensure accuracy and timely processing of data in warehouse management systems (WMS)Act as liaison between warehouse operations, HR, finance, and external vendorsMaintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchasing as neededSupport onboarding, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation for employeesPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership (productivity, staffing, KPIs)Handle customer/vendor communication related to shipments, billing, and inquiriesMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracyIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in office operationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred3–5 years of administrative or office management experience (warehouse/distribution preferred)1–3 years of supervisory experienceExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or logistics softwareStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution environmentsKnowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping platformsBilingual (depending on workforce needs)Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsOccasional walking within the warehouse environmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs (files, office supplies) as neededOffice setting within a warehouse/distribution centerFrequent interaction with warehouse floor operationsFast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesOrganization and attention to detailLeadership and team coordinationProblem-solving and decision-makingCommunication and cross-functional collaborationAdaptability and time managementCompensation: $65K - $75K
