Implementation Engineer

Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector while also supporting the post-sales process.In this position, you will manage the implementation process and coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively meet our clients' needs. Working closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams, you will develop tailored project plans, assist in showcasing our solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experienceCollaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phaseDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectationsCreate and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needsCoordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation processConduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutionsGather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancementsStay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategiesCollaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client supportRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environmentsBasic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industryTechnical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React are vitalStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProblem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindsetProven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plusBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)401 (k)Life Insurance Unlimited Paid Time Off 9 paid Holidays Work From HomeFree Food & Snacks (for those in Orlando, FL)
