10+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum master’s in enterprise IT / software delivery environmentsDemonstrated experience coaching 2-3 concurrent Agile teams in Scrum and/or KanbanStrong working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) — PI Planning, ART-level coordination, cross-team dependency managementProficiency with Jira (including Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps) and ConfluenceUnderstanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing cross-functional dependencies in a multi-application portfolio environmentAbility to work onsite in Columbus, IN at least 3 days per weekPreferred QualificationsActive Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certificationAdvanced certifications: A-CSM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality IT domainsFamiliarity with OKR frameworks and value-driven delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput)Experience with Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint collaborationPrior experience working in product-centric or Power-cell operating models
