Director Supply Planning

Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.The Director – Supply Planning is a strategic, results-oriented supply chain leader responsible for overseeing long-term supply planning and finished goods inventory management, reaching business objectives. This role ensures alignment between supply plans and demand forecasts, optimizes inventory across the finished goods portfolio, and maintains targeted service levels.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in supply chain operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational performance, support product lifecycle planning, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with manufacturing sites, planning teams, and senior leadership.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Responsibilities:Enable long-term supply planning to support IP annual revenue growthMaintain optimal inventory levels across the full IP USA Finished Goods CatalogAlign supply plans with demand plans in collaboration with affiliate material plannersOversee production planning and execution commitments from contract manufacturing partnersMeet and exceed KPIs for fill rates, days of supply, and inventory levels for finished goodsMonitor and assess both short- and long-term capacity at subcontracted production sitesLead monthly inventory reviews and present KPI analytics to senior leadershipPropose and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline planning operationsCalculate and monitor safety stock based on ABC classificationSupport product lifecycle management, including phase-ins and phase-outsOversee inter-DC inventory transfers and coordination with subcontracted productionManage and execute broad supply chain projects as assignedDevelop and implement Six Sigma-based performance management toolsLead team development and performance managementEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance4+ years of experience in team leadership and people management.Required SkillsFundamental knowledge of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver), the integration of organization, system, and process enterprise wide, and the importance of Master Data in the overall effectiveness and operation of the Supply ChainStrong technical (MRP, Office, Outlook, etc.) and interpersonal communication skillsCapable of establishing cross-functional relationships to maximize customer service performance.The ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation; comfortable and credible with both internal and external partnersSelf-starter who will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environmentPossess a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and pivotKeen attention to detail and accuracy.We Offer:The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $170,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualificationsBonus opportunity based on personal and business performanceRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsPaid time off policies including vacation, personal, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningAn entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityInterparfums USA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing fair and equitable employment opportunities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
