Senior Director, Global Supply Planning
Global Supply Planning & Execution• Own global demand–supply balancing processes across all regions and product portfolios.• Ensure robust planning coverage for NPI, ramp‑up, mass production, sustaining, and end‑of‑life phases.• Commit feasible supply plans that support revenue and customer service targets.• Lead weekly and monthly supply commitment processes and executive reviews. Capacity & Supplier Orchestration• Lead short‑ and long‑term capacity planning across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 suppliers.• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation for capacity, material, and supply constraints.• Partner with Industrialization, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure capacity readiness.• Govern supplier performance in collaboration with sourcing and manufacturing partners. Inventory, Cash & Cost Stewardship• Drive global inventory strategy including safety stock, VMI, aging stock, and excess mitigation.• Balance service, cost, and cash objectives through data‑driven planning decisions.• Ensure inventory health across regions and hubs while supporting commercial growth. S&OP / IBP Leadership• Act as a core supply chain leader in the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process.• Translate demand signals into executable supply scenarios and decision options.• Ensure strong linkage between commercial priorities and operational feasibility. Digitalization & Process Excellence• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, governance, and KPIs.• Sponsor and lead digital and AI related supply chain initiatives, including planning systems, automation, and analytics, being able to explore AI/ Agentic AI solution.• Promote data quality, master data discipline, and standard work across the global planning organization. People & Organization Leadership• Lead and develop a geographically distributed global supply planning team.• Build a strong pipeline of supply planning leaders and specialists.• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Ensure role clarity, capability development, and succession planning. RequirementsSupply Chain & Planning Expertise• Deep expertise in end‑to‑end supply planning, capacity management, and S&OP / IBP.• Strong understanding of global manufacturing models (EMS / ODM / OEM).• Solid knowledge of inventory management, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation. Leadership & Influence• Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross‑regional teams.• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.• Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization. Analytical & Digital Skills• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.• Experience with advanced planning systems, analytics, and digital transformation.• Comfortable driving automation, standardization, and AI‑enabled improvements.
