DIRECT HIRE Project Manager

Job Description: As a Project Manager specializing in high-end residential construction, you will take on a leadership role in managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of our projects. Your responsibilities will include: Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and exceeding client expectations. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Quality Assurance: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate challenges that may arise during the construction process. Budget Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project progress. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Requirements: 7 - 10 years experience in project management within the high-end individual residential construction sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a team to success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, contractors, and team members. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
