Sr Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesReview monthly and quarterly reporting packages and assist in the preparation of financial statementsEnsure the month-end close and financial reporting processes are completed accurately and on scheduleMaintain documentation and internal controls to support compliance and annual audit requirementsPartner with finance leadership on special projects, analyses, and strategic initiativesPrepare variance analyses and support board-level reportingMentor and guide accounting staff membersContribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and policy/procedure developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting requiredCPA designation or actively pursuing CPA preferred4–5 years of corporate and/or public accounting experienceExperience within a mid-sized to large manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
