They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of their customers.Job DescriptionMy client can offer the following for the Quality Engineer:Collaborate with R&D during new product development to plan inspection processes and proactively address potential quality issues.Source and integrate equipment for testing and analyzing electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.Design and implement custom applications to automate and/or control inspection processes.Monitor and maintain the integrity of all electrical test systems; troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support quality control for new and existing products.Lead or contribute to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives.Partner with manufacturing engineering to develop preventive action plans addressing electronic product nonconformities.Partner with suppliers in resolving electronic product quality concerns.Provide technical guidance to technicians for rework of assemblies, maintenance of test equipment, and implementation of new testing solutions.Support ISO documentation and ensure compliance with outside certification agencies.Assist UL and CSA auditors during unannounced audits.If interested, please apply using the link below.
