Don't miss your chance and apply now.What you will get as the Executive Recruiter:Supportive cultureCompetitive salary and benefitsGenerous retirement planningExtensive career developmentTuition reimbursement And much more!What you will be doing as the Executive Recruiter:Lead the executive recruitment function for the entire organization, including strategy, priorities, execution, and governance.Own the end‑to‑end process for executive searches: search strategy, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain the long‑term executive talent pipeline aligned with succession planning and future leadership needs.Partner with the CHRO, CEO, and ELT to define leadership profiles, role scope, and evaluation standards.Drive proactive talent mapping, market scans, and competitive intelligence for senior and executive‑level talent.Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional expertise, cultural alignment, and long‑term readiness.Manage relationships with retained search firms to ensure high‑quality delivery and cost‑effective engagements.What you will need as the Executive Recruiter:Bachelor’s degree10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years leading executive‑level or retained search workDemonstrated experience managing VP, SVP, and C‑suite searches in complex or fast‑paced environmentsProven success advising and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholdersExperience working inside a large, matrixed organization or overseeing enterprise‑wide executive recruitment, preferred. Prior experience partnering with a CHRO, CEO, Compensation Committee, or external search firms at a senior level.Deep understanding of executive‑level talent markets, leadership assessment, and search methodologiesStrong strategic thinking with the ability to influence and advise C‑suite stakeholdersExcellent relationship‑building, communication, and executive‑presence capabilitiesAbility to manage complex, confidential searches and navigate sensitive leadership decisionsStrong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, including evaluation of leadership competencies and organizational fitHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in high‑stakes environmentsAbility to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
