As a veteran and family owned business, we have an extraordinary work ethic and are steadfast in our mission to provide 100% customer satisfaction.The Controller ensures the financial integrity of the Company through the management of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Through analysis and reporting, under GAAP, the Controller will support organizational planning and growth.Essential FunctionsManage month/year-end close, providing financial statements in accordance with GAAPPresent analysis of trends and variances to senior managementDevelop, manage and report on budgets providing input on operational and strategic decisionsForecast the Company’s financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunitiesManage cash flow, implementing and overseeing spend management strategiesOptimize internal controls through proper business processes and accounting policiesAnalysis of ERP input/output to improve SOPs and controlsSystem inventory valuation, including the management of cycle count and physical inventory activitiesPlan, assign and review the work of Accounting Staff (AR/AP, payroll, credit/collections)Work with 3rd party in the administration of Company 401k planEnsure compliance with statutory law and financial regulationsWork with external agencies, as requiredCompetenciesTechnical CapacityStrategic ThinkingEthical ConductCommunication ProficiencyExcellent Time Management and organizational skillsRequired Education And ExperienceMinimum of a BS in Accounting or Finance or relevant requiredAdditional RequirementsKnowledge of GAAPMicrosoft Office (Emphasis on Excel)ERP (JobBoss preferred)C&M Precision Tech is an Equal Opportunity employer.
