Computer (IT) Purchasing Manager
Who we are: We are a well-established, reputable IT provider with locations and customers across the country. We are looking for a Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving Manager to work out of our Fort Collins, Colorado office. In addition, we are looking for someone who can assist in building computers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the ordering of computer components, parts, and other electrotonic equipment (Firewalls, TV’s, including wall and ceiling mounts, monitors, printers, scanners, security systems, etc.) for customer orders
Track & maintain accurate inventory counts, including tracking what is going in and out of inventory
Receive purchases/inbound shipments into inventory
Assist with the building of computer systems and servers according to company and customer specifications
Enter Purchase Orders based on sales and inventory levels within our accounting software
Process returns and create credit notes within our accounting software
Periodic reevaluation of costs and vendors
Some lifting required (up to 50 pounds)
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in inventory management (including inventory software) as it relates to computer parts and components
Experience and familiarity with ordering components for computer systems, servers and other electronics
Experience in assembling computers is a plus but not required
The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Excellent customer service, reporting, follow through, and time management skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
