This role is responsible for creating monthly assets and managing an asset library hub, bringing product updates to life every month, and creating engaging, and scalable content across external and internal channels.You will operationalize AI product content across cross-device experiences, ensuring every launch is supported with the right assets, narratives, and internal alignment. You will work closely with product, storytelling, growth, and communications teams to deliver consistent, high-quality content that drives understanding, adoption, and organizational clarity.Location: Chicago, IL; Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)What You'll Do Always-On Launch ExecutionLead content development for monthly product updates and feature releasesProject management of content development and agency, supplier and toolsEnsure consistency across all launch touchpoints (external and internal)Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment Cross-Device StorytellingDevelop content that showcases seamless experiences across PC, smartphone, and other devicesEnsure consistency in how Qira is represented across platformsHighlight continuity, orchestration, and real-world usage scenarios Content Asset ProductionOwn production of key content formats:Demo videosVODs / livestream assetsShort-form and social contentWebsite content and updatesLead and project manage creative and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs at scale Internal Communications EnablementDevelop and manage internal communications tied to product launches and updatesCreate and maintain:Internal newsletters and update briefsSharePoint / internal content hubsLiving FAQ and messaging repositoriesEnsure internal stakeholders (sales, product, support teams) have clear, up-to-date informationDrive alignment and clarity across teams on new features, messaging, and priorities Digital Experience Content SystemsManage and evolve key content surfaces:Website pages and storytelling assetsInternal and external content hubsBuild scalable systems for content updates tied to ongoing product releasesEnsure content is current, accessible, and aligned with latest product capabilities Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with:Product Management for feature readiness and accuracyStorytelling and Growth teams for narrative and engagement alignmentComms and internal stakeholders for alignment and amplificationCreative and production teams for executionServe as the central point of coordination for launch content across teamsBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience with creating clear and engaging digital content that drives feature understanding and adoption Experience managing content across multiple channels (web, video, internal communications, social)Portfolio or work samples are requiredPreferred QualificationsPassion for AI TechnologyStrong organization and project management skillsExperience driving internal alignment and clarity across stakeholdersExperience in the technology industry is preferredThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $115K - $135K.
