Influencer and content Creator

As an Influencer and Creator Specialist, you will help bring creative and culturally relevant social campaigns to life across well-known consumer brands. You will work closely with influencer and social media teams to support campaigns that connect with audiences in authentic and engaging ways. From product launches to purpose-driven initiatives, this role plays a key part in shaping how brands engage with consumers across social platforms through influencer and creator strategies.This role offers flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a weekly commitment of 20–25 hours, depending on workload and team needs.Key ResponsibilitiesReview influencer lists to identify potential partnerships aligned with campaign goalsEvaluate influencer content prior to publishing to ensure brand alignment and quality standardsSupport end-to-end influencer campaigns, including talent selection, briefing, concept development, and content approvalsAssist with TikTok Shop initiatives, including managing and supporting affiliate campaignsConduct influencer risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal processesCollect, track, and input campaign data into reporting tools such as social media management platformsAnalyze data and insights to recommend influencer talent and content strategiesUtilize social listening tools to conduct audits, generate reports, and monitor campaign performanceApply best practices for paid media amplification of influencer contentContribute to the development and enhancement of influencer marketing playbooks and processesSupport performance analysis and measurement of influencer marketing campaignsConduct competitive research and monitor cultural trends to identify strategic opportunitiesParticipate in ongoing influencer marketing training and development initiativesQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing (excluding internships)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platformsRequired experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate campaign managementExperience working in agency or brand marketing environments (agency experience preferred)Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus, but not required
