Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santee, CA, for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will provide technical and application support to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot issues related to pump performance, and offer recommendations for optimal system efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with the engineering team to implement tailored solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for assisting with client inquiries and delivering technical training as needed. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system requirements and performanceExperience in application support and troubleshooting technical challengesProficiency in technical support and problem resolutionExcellent communication skills for resolving customer inquiries and collaborating with team membersBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferredExperience in pump systems or fluid dynamics is a plusAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
