Client Care Liaison
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Liaison to join our team. The Client Care Liaison will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insightful reports to support business decisions. The Liaison will be instrumental in driving business growth, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with company goals.
Available Shifts:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 10am-10pm
Duties
Offer support to clients who are struggling with being in treatment.
Assist Clinical and Operations team with AMA blocking.
Assist Therapist with returning calls to the family with questions related to the program, schedule, rules, etc.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the clients in their normal daily routine.
Enforce any specific directions given of the treatment team regarding clients.
Maintain complete confidentiality on behalf of the clients.
Monitor behaviors and report all occurrences to management which defer from the normal behaviors.
Assist with ensuring that clients are present and remain in all scheduled groups and/or activities.
Handling client reporting
Receiving and responding to client requests
Investigating and resolving client issues or complaints
Representing the client relations team on client calls
Working closely with internal departments
Identifying process improvements
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account management strategies, resulting in increased customer retention and revenue growth.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Assist in the development of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership building.
Mentoring and supporting the patient care and customer service team members, ensuring a sharing of knowledge to execute on requested services/programs.
Identifying potential new clients.
Generating additional sales opportunities and organizational growth from existing clientele.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
