This position supports individuals in early and ongoing recovery by fostering accountability, community connection, and day-to-day stability in a residential setting.This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about substance use disorder (SUD) recovery who enjoys hands-on work, building rapport with clients, and contributing to a recovery-focused community.ScheduleMonday - Tuesday: 12:00 am - 8:30 am, Wednesday - Friday: 4:00 pm -12:30 amYour RoleSupport a welcoming, calm, and recovery-oriented residential environmentComply with all federal, state, and accreditation requirementsAddress day-to-day, non-therapeutic client needs with professionalism and compassionPrepare for and support new admissions, including room readiness, client/family greetings, and completion of required documentationOrient new clients to the residence, expectations, and available servicesCoordinate and provide transportation for appointments, admissions, and discharges as assignedAssist with UTOX sample collection and processingSupport morning wake-ups and evening bed checks as neededConduct routine room inspections and report any guideline infractionsAssist with client store runs and prescription pickupsPerform quality assurance checks of the residence and ensure adequate supplies (linens, comforters, household items)Report maintenance or safety concerns and submit repair requestsPerform general errands (mail, supplies, food deliveries)Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic and safety regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of care and serviceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED – RequiredKnowledge of SUD recovery principles and recovery-oriented environments – RequiredAt least 1 year of experience working in substance use disorder treatment or recovery-focused settings – PreferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving record - RequiredAbility to remain calm, professional, and supportive in a male residential settingStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsCompensationThe base rate of pay for this position is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.
