This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about resolving workplace disputes, negotiating settlements, and driving impactful outcomes for clients. *Please note, you must have already passed the UBE to be eligible for this role.* Your Role: As a vital member of our team, you’ll: Lead Case Preparation: Dive into disputes, organize case files, and craft strategies to secure favorable settlements. Negotiate with Confidence: Resolve claims involving discrimination, wage disputes, workplace harassment, and wrongful termination. Champion Mediation: Represent clients in mediation, prioritizing efficient and amicable resolutions. Guide Clients with Care: Offer tailored legal advice, manage expectations, and support clients through every step of their journey. Draft with Precision: Create and review demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Research to Win: Leverage tools like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to back your strategies with solid legal precedent. Stay Ahead of Compliance: Advise clients on federal, state, and local regulations. Streamline Case Management: Utilize MyCase software to keep everything organized and efficient. What We’re Looking For: UBE Licensure: Admission to a UBE jurisdiction with eligibility to practice in California. Personal Injury Expertise: In-depth knowledge of personal injury regulations and statutes. Negotiation & Mediation Skills: Proven ability to resolve disputes effectively and amicably. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MyCase or similar software is a big plus. Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
