As an engineer here, you'll own some of the most foundational problems in our growth stack: managing complex data flows, ingesting diverse sources, applying LLMs to unstructured information, and building internal platforms that scale growth across the company. You'll partner with product, data, and design, and work directly with stakeholders across growth, sales, marketing, and finance to accelerate Ramp's growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape Ramp's growth engine with high ownership and direct impact.Check out our Engineering Blog to learn more about our tech stack, mission, and values!What You'll Do Build software to grow Ramp to its next millions of usersBuild data ingestion and activation pipelines between Ramp products, business systems, external systems, and third-party dataArchitect and implement internal platforms (e.g. experimentation, incentives) that power all growth channels at RampLeverage AI for unstructured data processing, data acquisition and normalization, and growth signal derivationDrive business goals through experiments and metric-driven software developmentWork in a dynamic engineering team with partners in product, data, and designWhat You Need Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development roleExperience shipping fast, reliable, real-time applications using modern development tools and infrastructureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutionsAbility to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail.
