About the Role
This position serves as an assistant to the leadership team and supports office staff in managing daily operations and providing hospitality. The role blends administrative support, office management, and client-facing hospitality, with cross-training to provide coverage for critical office functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Leadership Support
Provide administrative assistance to the Principal Broker and support office staff
Assist with scheduling, organization, and daily operational needs
Cross-train with critical office staff duties to provide coverage when needed
Support internal systems, processes, and documentation
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Office Management & Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Take ownership of the office space, ensuring it is always client-ready
Manage and stock office, kitchen, and hospitality supplies
Assist with basic office management tasks
Hospitality & Client Experience
Greet agents, clients, and guests warmly and professionally
Create a welcoming, polished experience for clients, agents, and staff
Support client-facing moments with care, discretion, and attention to detail
Events & Office Culture
Assist with coordinating and hosting office events and gatherings (approximately 6–10 per year)
Support meetings, trainings, and in-office activities
Help foster a positive, welcoming office culture
Schedule & Employment Details
Status: Full-time, salaried position
Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and occasional after-hours for scheduled events
Work Location: Bentonville, AR
Compensation
Based on Experience $30k - $40k
