The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, accounts payable and recievable, data entry and supporting office operations. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining records, assisting with clerical duties, and providing executive administrative support to management. The individual will also serve as a key contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including managing schedules and organizing documents.Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.Experience in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.High level of organization and attention to detail.Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
