They are expanding to implement real-time transcription for agent-to-agent transfers to improve call efficiency. -The team is currently in early development, focusing on API setup and building AI pipelines, with UI development planned for the next sprint starting in September. -Needs a fullstack developer with Vue.js, Node.js and Python skills in order to meet compliance. Aiming for initial production use cases by year-end. React or Angular expertise might be considered if paired with strong Python skills, but Vue.js proficiency remains the priority.
