Assembler - Full-Time

Role OverviewSeeking an on-site Assembler to perform operations assembling probes, sensors, booms, and related aircraft components. Responsibilities include following instructions, diagrams, and verbal guidance to assemble parts such as sheet metal and wiring using hand tools, soldering, and brazing equipment. The role involves disassembling, modifying, reworking, and testing assemblies, ensuring precision fitting and tolerances, and conducting inspections for defects. Additionally, the assembler maintains equipment, reports issues, and tests finished products.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent0-2 years manufacturing experienceAbility to lift up to 25 lbsProficiency with hand tools, test instruments, and inspection proceduresAttention to detail and adherence to specificationsAbility to interpret diagrams and instructionsKey DutiesAssemble, modify, test, and inspect aerospace components, identify defective items, maintain equipment, and ensure quality standards are met.
