Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position at an academic medical center in North Carolina, requiring a minimum of one year of OR experience and Level I Trauma experience.Job Details• Hospital-based Operating Room (OR) setting at a Level I Trauma Center,• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM,• 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts per day,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active NC or compact RN license required,• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required (AHA or ARC),• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required,• Level I Trauma experience required,• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited nursing program required; BSN or MSN preferred,• Two professional references required for consideration,• Nursys verification required for consideration,Additional Information• An interview is required; candidates should be prepared to provide two weeks of availability,• Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation,• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and communicate patient care plans,• Assesses patient and family education needs and utilizes appropriate teaching materials,• Participates in unit-based performance improvement activities and professional development,
