Job Title: Human Resources Candidate Care CoordinatorLocation: Tampa, FLSalary Range: $18.25/hr. - $21.47/hr. on W2 without benefitsIntroductionThe Candidate Care Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) Service Model by facilitating pre-employment activities for the Americas with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and dynamic, positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experiences. The role involves managing cross-functional escalations and may include participation in process improvement activities and programmatic changes.Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)High School Diploma requiredDemonstrated proficiency with the Client Office suite, specifically .xlsStrong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely mannerDetail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization and problem-solving skillsPro-actively embraces new trends, education, technology, and toolsPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryPreferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)Spanish, Portuguese or French speaking and writing skills is a plus but not required1 year of HR Admin/Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferredKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferredUnderstanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of casesUnderstanding of the multiple phases of employment-sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaignSelf-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and prioritiesDay-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)Facilitates applicable pre-employment screenings including background checks, drug screens, medical mandates, and motor vehicle reportsInitiates I-9 & E-Verify right to work processes and provides administrative support for the immigration teamProvides cross-functional partnership and problem-solving support, including but not limited to assigned RBU TA Leads/TA Team, TA Compliance, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, ITManages Digital Onboarding Experience for candidates and represents TA in enhancements and troubleshooting issuesAnswers Candidate and Hiring Manager inquiries and uses urgency and sound judgment to resolve problemsProblem-solves technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partnersCompany Benefits & CultureDynamic and positive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthInclusive and diverse workplace cultureFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
