Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, body waxing, headspas, makeup application and more. Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines and retail products. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages. Handle guest services professionally, ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up. Engage in social media management by posting updates, promotions, and product demos to attract new clients. Support front desk operations including scheduling, answering inquiries, and managing client check-ins. Stay current on industry trends. Skills Valid Esthetician license required. Experience with advanced skincare treatments. Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and communication skills. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment. Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining professionalism. Experience with retail sales strategies within a beauty or med spa setting.
