Job Title: Numerical Control Programmer 4 (Structures)Location: Everett or Renton, WA (100% Onsite)Pay Rate: $75/hr on W2Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)OverviewJoin a high-performing aerospace fabrication team to lead NC programming, setup documentation, and machining strategies for complex multi-axis parts (aluminium & hard metals).Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, verify, and revise 5-axis NC programs (MCD), tooling geometry, and setup instructions.Use VERICUT to simulate and validate programs, preventing collisions and gouges.Lead design for custom fixtures, complex tooling, and multi-setup machining strategies.Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications to resolve shop-floor issues.Required QualificationsExperience: 7+ years in 5-axis CNC programming for aerospace parts (or 8+ yrs with HS / 6+ yrs with Associate’s / 4+ yrs with Bachelor’s).Software: Proficient in CATIA V5 NC and VERICUT.Skills: Strong GD&T, engineering drawing interpretation, and setup sheet creation.Compliance: Must be a U.S. Person for export compliance.
