Electrical EngineersReston, VA (remote)Pay From: $80,000 per yearMUST:Electrical EngineersPreferred Professional Engineer (PE) license or on track.2-8+ yrs of electrical design experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction environments.Experience working with a Consulting Electrical Engineering firmProven experience designing medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems.Experience taking projects from concept through construction documents.Strong understanding of NEC and electrical design standards.Experience working on large-scale building infrastructure (not residential-only).Familiarity with equipment such as: Switchgear and transformers, GeneratorsUPS systems, Distribution panels and buswayStrong coordination skills in multi-disciplinary project environments.Construction-forward mindset with understanding of installation sequencing and field constraints.Preferred Experience on data center, healthcare, manufacturing, or other high-reliability facilities.Preferred Experience with SKM, ETAP, or similar power modeling tools.Preferred Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based coordination.Preferred OSHA 30.Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering preferredDUTIES:Looking for electrical design Engineers for data center projects while understanding how design translates into real-world construction.Concept development through Issued-for-Construction (IFC)Utility coordination and service strategyPower distribution architectureEquipment selection and technical alignmentDesign coordination across disciplinesConstruction-phase technical supportLooking for Jr to Sr level candidates who have experience in commercial or industrial electrical design and construction environments and understands large-scale building systems.
