Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney

Join Our Team as a Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney at Axiom Location: Remote We are seeking a Technology Transactions/Commercial Counsel to support our client, a large life sciences technology company, on an acquisition‑related initiative involving assets that are primarily Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), along with related documentation, validation materials, and, in some cases, limited enabling software. This role is focused on the transaction side of the work, including structured asset acquisitions, commercial and technology agreements, and coordination with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams. Responsibilities: Support a structured asset acquisition process involving assets that are primarily Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), related documentation, validation materials, and limited enabling software. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements in connection with these acquisitions. Work closely with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams to support acquisition-related activities. Handle the transaction side of acquisition work Qualifications: 5-10 years of relevant legal practice experience. Experience with structured asset acquisitions, commercial agreements, and technology transactions. Familiarity with transactional work involving intangible assets. Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, including legal, clinical, technical, and business stakeholders. Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction. Preferred Skills: Experience with technology, SaaS, or IP‑related transactions. Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
