Job tittle: SAP ABAP Developer (Manufacturing & Integration) - Onsite Phoenix, AZ (Casagrande) Client – Direct client Duration – 6+months Its w2 position only Citizen and GC can apply We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in manufacturing, inventory management, and quality management processes and contribute to the development and enhancement of our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SAP ABAP development, including integration, interfaces, workflows, BADI's, custom Fiori app development, CDS view, OData and SAP S/4 Hana. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our SAP system to streamline manufacturing operations and ensure seamless data flow across various modules. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing, inventory management, and quality management business processes and requirements. Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and solutions tailored to manufacturing workflows and integration needs. Strong ABAP, OData, and CDS Views. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA development. Implement and optimize interfaces between SAP modules and external systems, ensuring accurate data exchange and real-time updates. Leverage Business Add-Ins (BADI's) to enhance standard SAP functionality and customize processes to meet specific manufacturing and quality requirements. Create and enhance custom Fiori applications to provide intuitive user interfaces and improve user experience in manufacturing and inventory management processes. Work closely with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure data consistency across the system. Collaborate on the design and implementation of workflow processes to automate and streamline manufacturing and quality management tasks. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+years’ experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on manufacturing, inventory management, and quality management modules. Worked on EWM, TMS, VMS and PP modules. Strong understanding of integration techniques, interfaces, and data migration strategies within the SAP environment. Proficiency in creating and enhancing Business Add-Ins (BADI's) to customize standard SAP processes. Experience in developing custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5, SAP Fiori elements, and SAP Gateway services. Familiarity with workflow design and implementation within SAP. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
