Outside / Inside Sales Representative

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? We are looking to expand our Inside and Outside Sales Team by adding Qualified Sales Representatives with Freight Broker experience is a must. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Develop customer relationships in order to effectively support our Customers Make outbound calls to obtain new business and to move freight for existing Customers Manage Shipping and Carrier relationships Negotiate rates Track shipments and provide updates to the customer Generate Business Leads Source Carriers and Customers Create and maintain Customer Relationships Sales Minded and Internally Driven to Succeed WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Must be Trustworthy and Honest Must have a book of business Strong Telephone Skills and Written Communication A Must Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years equal experience in the transportation industry Ability to Multi-Task with Attention to Detail Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, While also delivering independent results.
