Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Director of Operations based in Orlando, FL. The Area Director of Operations will oversee multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. Daily responsibilities include managing staff, improving operational processes, achieving budgetary goals, analyzing performance metrics, and consistently enhancing customer satisfaction. This role also requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align operations with strategic business objectives. QualificationsOperations Management and Budgeting experience, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize multi-site operations.Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Team Management expertise, including training, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve organizational goals.Strong Customer Service focus with an ability to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain service excellence.Effective communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.Experience in hospitality or real estate operations is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
